Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Perimenostage. By creating an account, starting a trial, or paying for a subscription, you agree to them.

1. Who we are
Perimenostage (https://perimenostage.com) is operated by BARS AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16732165, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

2. What the product is
Perimenostage provides educational content, a self-reported symptom index, stage-oriented summaries, optional tracking tools, and a doctor-ready PDF you can bring to an appointment. It is software and information, not a medical service, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment plan.

3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping login details secure.
4. Subscription, trial, and renewals
Paid access is offered as a subscription. The standard offer is a $1 trial for 7 days, after which the plan renews at $99 per year unless cancelled. A payment card is required for the trial.
The trial is offered once per customer and once per payment card. If you have had a trial before, checkout starts the annual plan without one. If a trial is started with a card that has already been used for a trial, we cancel it and refund the $1 trial fee.
Prices and inclusions are described on /pricing. We may change prices for future renewals with notice; the price you agreed at checkout applies to the then-current term.
Prices are in USD and include any VAT or sales tax. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase.
For paid checkout we use Stripe Managed Payments: Stripe acts as merchant of record for the purchase. Prices include tax.BARS AI LTD operates the product; Stripe processes the payment.
Before the first annual charge after a trial, we send an email with the amount, the charge date, and a way to cancel.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues through the end of the period already paid for (including the trial period you paid $1 for), unless we state otherwise at checkout for a specific offer.

6. Refunds
The $1 trial fee is generally non-refundable once charged, because it unlocks immediate digital access.
Annual subscription charges: if you were charged after an unintended renewal and contact us promptly, we will review in good faith. Where UK consumer law gives you a right that cannot be excluded, that right applies. Digital content you have started to use may affect cooling-off rights; we explain this at checkout where required.
30-day money-back guarantee on one-time purchases (the 28-Day Meal Plan and the HRT Conversation Kit). If it isn't right for you, request a refund from Your library in your account within 30 days of buying. No questions asked, and you don't need to email us. The full amount you paid, tax included, goes back to your card, usually within 5–10 business days. Access to the plan or kit ends when the refund goes through.
The guarantee covers one purchase of each product. If you buy the same product again, that purchase is not covered.
In the UK and the EU, one-time purchases give you immediate access, and before paying you agree that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the download starts. The 30-day guarantee still applies.
The 28-Day Meal Plan is a general meal plan, not medical nutrition therapy. If your doctor or dietitian gave you a specific diet, follow it over the plan.

7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the product except where permitted by law, or use the service to provide clinical care to others as if you were a licensed clinician through our platform.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal and symptom data is described in our Privacy Policy. Symptom information is stored on our servers and is not sold to advertisers.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that any summary will match a clinician's assessment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BARS AI LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on self-reported summaries. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes for existing subscribers will be notified by email or in-product notice where practical. The “Last updated” date above will change when we publish a revision.
